Ahoy friends~ HAPPY HALLOWEEN! I wanted to fill you in on my health status now that I am post surgery and off work for recovery at home.
Recently I had been having some health problems and had a successful surgery for them back in September. However, two weeks after that I got results back which diagnosed me with Uterine cancer. This was very surprising because of how young I am (32). It’s all been a whirlwind of tests and doctors coming up with a course of action since then. Less than a month after I was diagnosed all my doctors agreed that for me to be cancer free I needed to have a hysterectomy. Last Wednesday I had that surgery and by all accounts it went well- which is the good news! I am off work for a month recovering and should be up to working on Ship Jumper again soon~ Thank you all for your kinda words <3
